Company overview: The client is an established, entrepreneurial company operating in the hydraulic business, recognized for innovation and for delivering value to international customers. The firm operates in a fast-moving market and is searching for a visionary leader to drive its next phase of growth and governance.
Role summary: The company is appointing its first Sales General Manager. This leader will take full accountability for a high-performing team and will focus on overall governance and organizational structure. The Sales GM will serve as the main interface across functions and will report directly to the Group President.
Primary responsibilities:
Ideal profile: The successful candidate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or in Business Administration and brings direct commercial experience with full P&L responsibility, ideally gained in the oleodynamics or hydraulics sector. The person demonstrates a strong goal-oriented mindset, consistent high performance, confident decision-making and excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in both English and Italian is essential.
Offer and location: The role is based in Reggio Emilia and provides the opportunity to lead a large, global hydraulic business and to play a central role in strategic decisions and growth.
