We are seeking a motivated SAP Functional Analyst - Finance to support and improve our SAP Finance environment. In this role you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver practical solutions and to promote continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Support configuration and enhancements across SAP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, etc.).
• Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to implement and test new functionalities.
• Assist integration activities and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Support UAT, regression testing and go-live preparation.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support to end users.
• Contribute to process optimization and maintain related documentation.

Required background

• 3–5 years of experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO).
• Good knowledge of core finance processes: AP, AR, GL and O2C.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or enhancements.
• Basic understanding of integrations and SAP architecture.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and good communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

• Exposure to S/4HANA.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Interest in automation and process optimization.

Compensation package

The employment framework follows the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level between B3/A1 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from €39.000,00. The exact level and remuneration will be determined through the selection process based on experience, skills and role fit, following objective and gender-neutral criteria in line with pay equity principles. The total package also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
