Berghoferin Fine Hotel & Hideaway*****, a boutique 5-star property of 13 suites located in a small mountain hamlet at 1,500 metres above sea level near the border with Val di Fiemme (Trentino) in the westernmost Dolomites, is seeking a Commis de Rang for the upcoming summer season. The assignment runs from mid-June to approximately mid-October, with the possibility of renewal for future seasons.

The hotel, privately owned and remodelled in 2022/2023, blends alpine authenticity with refined luxury and attracts an international, discerning clientele. The food & beverage operation maintains high standards across all outlets, with a fine-dining restaurant at the heart of the guest experience that pursues excellence in cuisine, wine and service.

The successful candidate will share the hotel’s service values: personalized, attentive guest care, seamless coordination across F&B outlets, respect for the refined atmosphere, passion for wine and gastronomy, and a continuous focus on operational excellence and polished presentation.

This role is aimed at individuals with completed professional hospitality training who are at the start of their careers or beginning their path in fine dining. The position offers hands-on experience in all aspects of service, close collaboration within a small team, and ample opportunities to learn, take initiative and contribute actively to the guest experience. Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fine-dining environment is essential; prior experience in high-level hospitality is an advantage.

• Seasonal structured 6-day workweek in high season with a flexible day off; in low season up to two days off per week (hotel and restaurant closed from Monday after breakfast until Wednesday midday).

Requisiti

Completed professional training in hospitality. Genuine interest in fine dining and commitment to delivering professional, attentive service. Suitable for candidates at the start of their career; previous experience in high-level hospitality is advantageous.
