We are now recruiting a Senior Product Manager - Infrastructure, to be based in one of Epassi's European locations.

Your mission at Epassi

As a Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure you will own the roadmap for the internal and external developer experience. Your responsibility is to ensure engineering teams across Epassi markets can build, deploy and debug with speed and confidence. You will be part of the platform product team, collaborating closely with engineering and infrastructure to deliver tooling, APIs and platform services that support how Epassi products are built and operated.

Key responsibilities

  • Run discovery with development teams across Epassi countries to identify real deployment and debugging friction.
  • Own and prioritise the platform infrastructure backlog, documenting clear rationale for what is built, for which teams and in what order.
  • Define developer experience metrics such as deployment frequency, time-to-debug and service onboarding time (not only uptime).
  • Make product decisions for the notifications service, email templates, API contracts and feature flag service.
  • Prepare business cases for platform investments and support the Head of Product on strategy.
  • Understand infrastructure concepts (latency, funnels, service architecture) well enough to spot developer friction and convert it into actionable product work.

How success looks

  • Adoption over delivery: platform tools are actively used by the teams they were built for.
  • Improved DX metrics: measurable gains in deployment frequency, time-to-debug and onboarding time across pilot teams.
  • Trusted backlog: cross-country teams understand and accept prioritisation decisions.
  • Phased rollouts proceed on schedule without major adoption failures or rollbacks.
  • Clear ownership: each platform surface has a decision log, versioning policy and unambiguous decision rights.

What you'll be doing (daily)

  • Lead and guide product and development teams to deliver high-value platform features.
  • Define and refine business and technical requirements with stakeholders, balancing value, cost and quality.
  • Build and maintain a well-prioritised backlog and work with teams to create executable release plans.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives in an agile/Scrum environment.
  • Share insights and best practices to continuously improve processes and adoption.

Requirements

  • Relevant technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.), e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, platform development or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience leading teams or projects in agile/Scrum environments and managing product backlogs.
  • Proven record in product management, ideally in a platform or infrastructure context.
  • Experience defining business and technical requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and presenting to senior leaders.

Your track record

  • Demonstrable results improving developer experience at scale and managing end-to-end product cycles from discovery through adoption.
  • History of driving measurable outcomes via data-driven prioritisation and familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and how they can support product workflows and decision-making.

Requisiti

Relevant technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc., e.g. Computer Science or Software Engineering); 5+ years in product management or platform development; experience leading teams in agile/Scrum; proven platform/infrastructure product management track record; experience defining business and technical requirements, managing backlogs and presenting to senior leaders.
