The 4-star Leonardo Lago di Garda – Wellness and Spa is situated in the countryside of Lazise on the southern banks of the lake. The hotel offers 127 rooms, a renovated restaurant, an extensive wellness area with bio-sauna, hammam and Turkish bath, wellness treatments, meeting rooms and suites with whirlpool baths.

Role

We are looking for a Front Office Agent (d/f/m) to join our team and begin your career journey with us.

Main duties

  • Ensure guests feel at home by delivering the best personal service
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the front desk
  • Provide guests with information about the hotel and the Garda Lake area
  • Answer phone calls

Profile

  • Tourism studies or a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management
  • At least 1 year of experience as Front Office Agent or Receptionist
  • Hospitality-oriented attitude; hospitality is in your veins
  • Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and resistance to stress
  • Flexibility to work early, late and night shifts
  • Very good written and spoken English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Be authentic and yourself (BE YOURSELF)

Requisiti

Diploma o laurea in ambito turistico/hotel management, almeno 1 anno di esperienza come Front Office/Receptionist, ottima conoscenza scritta e parlata di inglese e italiano, disponibilità a turni (mattina, sera, notte), capacità di lavorare in team e resistenza allo stress.
