Channel Account Manager (Enterprise) – Home Office / Italy

We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to identify and develop key partners across Italy (System Integrators, consulting firms, VARs) and to support them in building sustainable growth strategies. You will be responsible for driving partner-led business by managing the sales forecast, nurturing the pipeline and overseeing the registration and escalation processes for your region.

  • Partner development: recruit new partners, create business plans, perform customer mapping and set objectives together with partners.
  • Sales execution: drive pipeline, manage forecast and apply a unified approach with partners in close alignment with the Distribution Manager and Sales teams to qualify opportunities and position the right partner.
  • Go-to-market & marketing: work with marketing to execute sales strategies, promote product enhancements and new features, and develop co-marketing activities with partners.
  • Enablement: develop and implement sales, certification and technical enablement for partner teams.
  • Promotion: present TeamViewer Enterprise products via demos, participate in marketing events and contribute to building brand awareness with partners.

Location: Home Office (Italy) – role advertised for Reggio Emilia area, with remote work.

What you bring

  • Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry (5+ years).
  • Experience in implementation teams of System Integrators or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor.
  • Business-level English and fluent Italian.
  • Motivation to work with leading-edge technologies and to drive business value for partners.
  • Customer focus and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed partner expectations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks across departments.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and quick learning skills.

Requisiti

Proven enterprise channel sales and account management experience in the IT industry (5+ years); experience in SI implementation teams or managing channel partners for a SaaS vendor; business-level English and fluent Italian; motivated to work with leading-edge technologies; customer-focused with willingness to exceed partner expectations; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks across departments; flexibility, adaptability and quick learning; strong commitment to sales success, positive outlook and accountability.
