About the company
We are a fast-growing pan‑European digital wealth manager. We serve over 167,000 active investors with more than £5.5 billion invested on the platform. Founded in Milan in 2011, today we are recognised as one of the most innovative fintechs and are headquartered in London. The team counts 220+ people across four offices in Italy and the UK and is backed by partners such as Poste Italiane, Cabot Square Capital, United Ventures and Allianz.
Vision and values
Our aim is to combine passion, expertise and technology to deliver best‑in‑class investment solutions and advice that protect and grow client wealth over time. We base our work on three core principles: relationships (trust, honesty and transparency), trust (empowerment and room to grow) and a focus on our customers' ambitions. These principles drive how we operate day to day.
In practice, we move with purpose, urgency and ambition, encouraging ownership, constructive challenge and bold ideas. We embrace AI as an accelerator for sharper thinking, better decisions and greater impact, and we value diversity of perspectives. We also offer flexible ways of working to help people perform at their best.
About the role
The role sits in the Acquisition Bubble within Moneyfarm’s Bubble structure (cross‑functional, outcome‑driven teams combining Product, Tech, Commercial and other disciplines). The Acquisition Bubble owns the outcomes that bring new clients to Moneyfarm across the UK and Italy and across our Wealth, Trading and Pension products.
You will own the channels and customer journeys that convert visitors into funded clients and be accountable for the key acquisition metrics: blended CAC, user‑to‑funded‑account conversion rate, new active clients (first‑ticket size), Member‑Get‑Member (MGM) contribution and LTV‑to‑CAC ratio. You will lead a squad with an engineering lead and engineers, manage relationships with partners and platform providers in the acquisition stack, and split your time between discovery and delivery. The role has a dual reporting line: to the Acquisition DRI for outcomes and roadmap, and to the Head of Product for craft and career development.
Key responsibilities
- Set and communicate the Acquisition roadmap, aligned to Bubble OKRs, country priorities (UK and Italy) and the broader product strategy.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation across the funnel (landing pages, signup, KYC, PAC and pension onboarding, first deposit) via structured experimentation.
- Scale MGM into a reliable, low‑CAC channel: extend promo engines, deploy predictive targeting and improve viral coefficient and time‑to‑first‑invite.
- Own website, SEO and CRO infrastructure that converts: automated product pages, calculators, content surfaces and underlying platforms.
- Manage the martech stack (CMS, experimentation, analytics, attribution, tag management, Salesforce CRM and marketing automation) and evolve its roadmap.
- Apply an AI‑first approach to accelerate research, copy, personalisation and engineering velocity, and embed AI into the customer experience where appropriate.
- Partner across Bubbles and functions (Wealth, Trading, Pension, Application Platform, Brand, Data, Compliance) to deliver cohesive, on‑brand and regulator‑friendly experiences.
- Lead post‑launch analysis, feed learnings into the roadmap and contribute to unified acquisition reporting and Steerco reviews.
- Act as Product Owner in Agile ceremonies and keep stakeholders informed on progress and trade‑offs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product with a proven track record in growth, acquisition or conversion (CAC, funnel conversion, referral, LTV‑to‑CAC).
- Experience in wealth management, retail investing or fintech (UK or Italy).
- Fluent English.
- Hands‑on experience with experimentation and CRO platforms (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, ContentSquare, Hotjar) and analytics tooling (GA4, GTM, product analytics).
- Working knowledge of modern martech stacks: CMS, attribution, CRM (Salesforce a plus), marketing automation and predictive/lifecycle models.
- A bias for AI‑first ways of working: daily use of AI tools and experience shipping AI‑powered features.
- Comfort operating in regulated environments (MIFID, KYC/AML, FATCA, CRS).
- Strong collaboration with engineering and design and ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
- Data‑driven decision making and clear written communication.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing mix modelling, predictive MGM/referral models or marketing data platforms.
- Some Italian, or a willingness to learn it.
- Scaleup or startup background.
- Genuine interest in personal investing.
Location: Milano MI, Italia.
Benefits
- Flexible ways of working to support work–life balance.
- Work in a well‑funded, fast‑growing fintech with established investors.
- Opportunity to work across UK and Italy markets and with cross‑functional teams.
- AI‑forward culture and focus on career development.
