Role overview

We are hiring a Data Analyst II to analyse stakeholder needs, design analytical solutions and implement data flows on EDWH/Data Lake systems. You'll create data marts and dashboards to represent KPIs and insights, working closely with both business and visualization teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to capture and translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement EDWH/Data Lake data flows, integrating necessary sources.
  • Perform data cleaning and preparation to ensure analysis-ready datasets.
  • Apply data quality controls and monitoring.
  • Create data models and marts tailored to use cases to enable KPI computation.
  • Collaborate with dashboarding experts to produce actionable visualizations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Italian language is required.
  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related area.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transformation, modelling and analysis on EDWH systems (Azure Synapse or Teradata preferred).
  • Experience with Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.
  • Advanced SQL skills and data modelling knowledge; Power BI is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with business processes in insurance, telco, banking or utilities is valued.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to align with stakeholders through all phases.

Additional information

Salary (RAL): €36,000 - €48,500.

Work mode: Hybrid (office in Turin). Candidates must be in European time zones (CEST or similar).

Requisiti

Knowledge of Italian; relevant degree; 2+ years EDWH experience; SQL and Python proficiency; Databricks/Snowflake and Power BI are pluses; domain knowledge in insurance/telco/banking/utilities; strong stakeholder skills.
