The Research & Development team is central to the Group's innovation: we continuously research and develop new technologies and invest significantly in artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance our products and services.

We are hiring a Functional Analyst to support development of innovative platform projects, helping to maximise product value, ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals in a fast-changing environment. The role includes:

• Work with APIs to support integration, testing and validation of system functionalities.
• Use tools such as Postman to design, run and document API tests.
• Perform end-to-end testing to guarantee reliability and quality of platform solutions and contribute to automated testing processes to increase efficiency.
• Design and execute AI output validation frameworks: define acceptance criteria for AI-generated results, assess correctness, consistency and edge-case behaviour across model versions and prompt changes.
• Build and maintain adversarial test datasets and evaluation benchmarks for AI-driven features, including hallucination detection, boundary-case coverage and regression suites.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 2–3 years as a functional analyst in a tech environment.
• Solid understanding of APIs and related tools (e.g., Postman).
• Experience with end-to-end testing and test automation practices.
• Experience defining acceptance criteria and evaluating AI outputs, including test dataset and benchmark design, edge-case validation, hallucination detection and regression testing for AI/ML features.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Advanced English (C1).

Requisiti

2–3 years as functional analyst in a tech environment; solid knowledge of APIs and Postman; experience with end-to-end testing and automation; experience defining acceptance criteria and validating AI outputs (datasets, benchmarks, edge cases, hallucination detection, regression); strong analytical skills; English C1.
