The Role
As a Functional Analyst within Kyndryl Italia Innovation Services you will drive innovation and transformation, helping customers leverage technology to reach ambitious goals. The role requires direct interaction with client stakeholders to elicit functional requirements and collect all necessary information to design applications.
The Functional Analyst analyzes requirements, prepares functional specifications and transfers outcomes to developers and technical analysts. The role demands a high degree of autonomy in task management, proactivity in proposing functional solutions and solid skills in managing and analysing user requests. You should be motivated to grow your career in application projects.

Who You Are / Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Services environments.
- Degree in STEM disciplines.
- Experience as an IT Functional Analyst capable of understanding functional requirements and translating them into formal functional analysis.
- Good knowledge of core banking processes such as current accounts, document management, mortgages, digital and biometric signatures, securities, derivatives and anti-money laundering reporting.
- Proactive, available and quick to learn the dynamics of an application context.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with standard modelling languages and notations (e.g. UML, BPMN).
- Experience with requirements management and analysis tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
