You will support purchasing processes and internal logistics, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and employees have the equipment and welcome materials they need.

Primary responsibilities

  • Manage purchase requests collected from internal stakeholders and keep tracking files and equipment records up to date.

  • Help in supplier selection, qualification and order management, including negotiation and monitoring of terms and delivery deadlines.

  • Support budget checks and the purchasing workflow, maintaining supplier, contract and purchasing documentation.

  • Organise welcome-pack logistics for new hires, and handle delivery, collection and replacement of company devices and equipment.

  • Support hardware inventory and asset management activities and collaborate closely with Internal IT and Facility teams on operational tasks.

  • Provide general administrative support for purchasing and office logistics tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

  • Studies in economics or related fields (degree appreciated but not mandatory).

  • Previous experience, even short, in administrative, purchasing or operational support activities.

  • Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills; confident in interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Practical, proactive and resourceful attitude; hands-on approach to problem solving.

  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and administrative processes and comfort working with tracking files and operational documentation.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

  • Good command of English.

How we work

  • Flat structures and teamwork rather than heavy hierarchies.

  • Low bureaucracy and a strong sense of individual responsibility.

  • Data-driven approach and focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Empathy, humility, collaboration and a willingness to challenge ourselves are core values.

Benefits

  • Flexible working: full remote or hybrid in our offices (Milan, Turin, Padua, Bologna, Catania, Rende).

  • Work-life balance: flexible hours, no time tracking or badge; trust-based approach.

  • Opportunity to work abroad for up to two weeks (Agile Nomads Experience).

  • Training budget: €1,000 per year and 12 hours per month for learning, proportionally adjusted for part time.

  • Structured career path, international conference support, buddy during first week and a dedicated coach for development.

  • Mental health support: 5 sessions covered and access to webinars (Unobravo).

  • Meal vouchers, health insurance and referral bonuses.

  • Extended parental leave (+15 days fully paid), paid leave for children's illness, childcare vouchers and inclusive family policies.

  • Welcome pack with required equipment and access to a corporate benefits portal.

  • Low turnover and high employee satisfaction (company rated 4.8/5 on Glassdoor; Great Place to Work certified).

This position is open to everyone and Agile Lab strongly encourages applications from candidates belonging to protected categories under Legge 68/1999 and from all gender identities. Agile Lab is committed to diversity and inclusion.
