Agile Lab is looking for a reliable and versatile Junior Purchase Officer to join the team in a part-time role (21 hours per week). You will support purchasing processes and internal logistics, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and employees have the equipment and welcome materials they need.
Manage purchase requests collected from internal stakeholders and keep tracking files and equipment records up to date.
Help in supplier selection, qualification and order management, including negotiation and monitoring of terms and delivery deadlines.
Support budget checks and the purchasing workflow, maintaining supplier, contract and purchasing documentation.
Organise welcome-pack logistics for new hires, and handle delivery, collection and replacement of company devices and equipment.
Support hardware inventory and asset management activities and collaborate closely with Internal IT and Facility teams on operational tasks.
Provide general administrative support for purchasing and office logistics tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Studies in economics or related fields (degree appreciated but not mandatory).
Previous experience, even short, in administrative, purchasing or operational support activities.
Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills; confident in interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Practical, proactive and resourceful attitude; hands-on approach to problem solving.
Basic knowledge of purchasing and administrative processes and comfort working with tracking files and operational documentation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Good command of English.
