About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Front Desk Intern to join the team. The internship starts in September 2026 and lasts for six months. The role focuses on providing sincere, personalized guest service and ensuring smooth arrival and departure experiences. The Front Desk Intern acts as a service ambassador, delivering the hotel’s high standards of hospitality.
What you will do
- Assist with check-in procedures, using guest names whenever possible and following Four Seasons standards.
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, in person and by phone, and accommodate special requests accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate room status updates with the team by reporting group checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins and special requests.
- Customize in-house guest reservations and update guest profiles using company software.
- Support other Front Office tasks as needed.
What you bring
- A genuine passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Reading, writing and spoken proficiency in English and Italian.
Schedule & Hours: Full-time internship. The position is available from September 2026 for a six-month duration. Applicants must hold valid legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.

Requisiti
