About the location: The Hotel is an urban retreat in Florence featuring a large private garden, historic architecture, frescoed suites, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired spa, all steps from the city’s cultural center.
Role summary: Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Front Desk Intern to join the team from September 2026 for a six-month period. The intern will provide sincere, personalized guest assistance and act as a service ambassador to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with check-in following Four Seasons standards, using guests' names whenever possible and accommodating their needs.
- Handle guest interactions in person and by phone with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, responding to special requests accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate room status updates with the team by notifying them of group checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins and special requests.
- Manage in-house reservations and update guest profiles using the company software.
- Support other front office tasks as required.

Requisiti
Proven service orientation; strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team; reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian.
