About the role: Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Front Desk Intern to join the team. The internship starts in September 2026 and lasts for six months. The intern will act as a service ambassador, delivering sincere, personalised guest assistance and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with check-in procedures, using the guest name when possible and following Four Seasons standards.
- Manage all guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality, both in person and by phone, accommodating special requests when feasible.
- Coordinate room status updates with the team, informing them of group checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins and special requests.
- Customize in-house guest reservations and update guest profiles using the company software.
- Support other Front Office tasks as needed.
Candidate profile
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Italian.
Schedule & requirements
This is a full-time internship available from September 2026 for a six-month period. Applicants must have valid legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.
