About the location: The hotel is an elegant urban retreat in Florence featuring the city’s largest private garden with statues, fountains and historic trees. Guests enjoy frescoed suites, original architectural details, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired spa, all close to Florence’s cultural centre.

About the role: Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Front Desk Intern to join the team. The internship starts in September 2026 and lasts for six months. The intern will act as a service ambassador, delivering sincere, personalised guest assistance and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with check-in procedures, using the guest name when possible and following Four Seasons standards.
  • Manage all guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality, both in person and by phone, accommodating special requests when feasible.
  • Coordinate room status updates with the team, informing them of group checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins and special requests.
  • Customize in-house guest reservations and update guest profiles using the company software.
  • Support other Front Office tasks as needed.

Candidate profile

  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and Italian.

Schedule & requirements

This is a full-time internship available from September 2026 for a six-month period. Applicants must have valid legal authorization to work in Italy at the time of application.

Requisiti
