Your Mission
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for your own section of the kitchen, handling mise-en-place, cooking and presenting dishes to meet our standards, and ensuring smooth service alongside your kitchen colleagues.

Key responsibilities
- Run and maintain your assigned section during prep and service
- Cook and plate dishes to the required taste, temperature and presentation standards
- Prepare daily mise-en-place and keep your station clean and organised
- Support and mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service
- Communicate clearly with the team to keep service steady
- Manage stock for your section, rotate ingredients and minimise waste
- Follow food safety routines and perform hygiene checks
- Contribute to special events, menu changes and seasonal updates
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Confidence managing your own section during busy services
- Passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace
- Basic digital literacy for kitchen tools (e.g. recipe platforms, HACCP logs)
- Calm, organised working style with solid time management
- Positive, supportive attitude and enjoyment of close teamwork
- Languages: English and Italian required; other languages are a plus

- Starting salary: €23,830.90 gross per year

Requisiti
Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef; ability to run a section during busy services; fluency in English and Italian; familiarity with seasonal cooking, basic digital kitchen tools and food safety procedures.
