Your mission: be the lively, welcoming presence guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub you will move between tables, the bar and kitchen, ensuring service is swift, accurate and friendly while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and engaging.
About The Social Hub: TSH is a creative, hybrid hospitality concept combining hotel stays, student accommodation, coworking, events, gyms, rooftop bars and food & drink spaces across Europe. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Amsterdam, the company operates many locations across several countries and aims to create inclusive communities where everyone can work, stay, learn and play.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and make them feel comfortable.
- Take orders, serve dishes and provide confident menu suggestions.
- Anticipate needs to keep the dining floor running smoothly.
- Coordinate clearly with bar and kitchen so every service item arrives correctly.
- Resolve questions and small issues calmly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean, organised station and support colleagues during peak times.
Requirements
- Approximately 1–2 years of experience in restaurants or hospitality, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while staying composed.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and a positive team spirit.

Requisiti
1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (or strong willingness to learn); fluent in English and Italian; professional appearance; ability to multitask and work well in a team.
