We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to join our HR team and obtain practical experience in talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone aiming to begin a career in recruitment and HR within a dynamic, international environment. The intern will actively assist the hiring process, engage with candidates and learn recruitment operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding coordination.
- Assist with offer follow-ups and any onboarding-related administrative tasks when needed.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions on LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to role requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to assess candidate interest, communication skills and overall fit.
- Keep accurate candidate records, maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring statuses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or currently studying in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Full professional fluency in English is required.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail, proactivity and eagerness to learn.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals or sourcing tools is a plus.
