About the role
The Disney Advertising portfolio includes world‑class brands across The Walt Disney Company’s entertainment businesses, such as Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, general entertainment networks ABC, Star, FX, sports leader ESPN, the factual brand National Geographic, and our main streaming service, Disney+. Within Disney Advertising EMEA, the Business Operations function underpins sales by defining policies, building processes and enabling capabilities.
Business Operations covers key activities including media planning & campaign management (Client Services), ad tech & vendor oversight (Automated Operations), and forecasting & reporting (Revenue & Yield Management). We are seeking an intern to join the Italian team to gain practical experience in delivering digital advertising campaigns across Disney+ and other digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Support the setup, execution and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns
- Assist with campaign trafficking, tracking deliveries and monitoring performance
- Contribute to reporting tasks and campaign performance analysis
- Help prepare client‑facing presentations and internal documentation
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Ad Operations, Finance)
- Support operational workflows to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time
- Help identify process improvements and maintain internal procedures

We are looking for a candidate passionate about digital media and advertising, keen to learn and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree already completed (or equivalent) with availability to work full‑time
- Academic background in communication, advertising, business or economics is a plus
- Previous exposure to digital marketing, ad trafficking or campaign management is advantageous but not required
- Strong interest in digital media, advertising and streaming platforms
- Detail‑oriented with solid organisational and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Requisiti
Bachelor’s degree completed (or equivalent); availability to work full‑time. Studies in communication, advertising, business or economics preferred. Prior exposure to digital marketing/ad trafficking is an advantage. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; detail‑oriented and analytical.
