We are looking for a creative, results-oriented Social Media Specialist to support and implement the hotel's social media strategy across key digital channels. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the role blends practical content production with organized planning and performance monitoring. You will help raise the hotel’s online profile through compelling storytelling, consistent publishing and collaboration with internal teams and external photo/video professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Social media management: implement the social strategy aligned with overall digital marketing goals; handle day-to-day publishing; maintain and update the editorial calendar; track trends, platform updates and competitors.
  • Content creation & production: produce engaging in-house content (photos, videos, reels, stories and copy); lead and support on-site content capture for events, activations, behind-the-scenes and employer branding initiatives; ensure brand consistency across formats.
  • Creative coordination: organise and coordinate professional photo and video shoots; work with external photographers, videographers and agencies; support briefing, selection and delivery timelines to meet brand and campaign objectives.
  • Campaign execution: assist in launching digital campaigns on social platforms; collaborate with Marketing, PR, HR and Operations to amplify initiatives; support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Performance & analytics: monitor social metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions); prepare regular reports and dashboards; provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Community management: respond to comments and messages promptly; nurture a positive online community; identify opportunities to increase audience interaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Education: degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in social media or digital marketing.
  • Technical skills: strong content creation skills (photo, video, editing tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.); solid understanding of social platforms, trends and best practices; familiarity with reporting tools and analytics.
  • Other skills: strong copywriting and storytelling; experience coordinating external creatives/agencies; organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Languages: fluent in Italian and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
  • Knowledge of paid social and boosting strategies.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing.

Requisiti
