We are seeking a hybrid leader who connects technical delivery with client success. Unlike a standard relationship manager, you will be a technically skilled single point of contact with a deep understanding of server hardware, power, and cooling. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from onboarding and scoping to coordinating complex hardware deployments and overseeing remote-hands operations. Your role is to make sure no technical requirement is "lost in translation" between the client and our engineering teams, delivering a seamless, high-touch experience that fosters account growth and operational excellence.

Core Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in datacenter operations, infrastructure management, or technical account management.
  • Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with server hardware, structured cabling, and power/cooling systems.
  • Tooling: Expert-level familiarity with ITSM platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage a technical team, conduct 1:1s, and perform resource planning.
  • Business acumen: Experience managing project budgets, handling vendor RMAs, and drafting Statements of Work (SOWs).

Preferred Skills

  • Background in Managed Services (MSP), Colocation, or Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with DCIM tools, asset management, and network fundamentals (VLANs, cross-connects).
  • Certifications such as PMP, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Server+, or CDCP are a plus.

Location: Trento, Italy. The role is designed as a hybrid position combining on-site presence and remote work.
