The Ministry of Defence has opened an extraordinary public competition to recruit 85 volunteers for fixed-term roles with the qualification of Basic Operator for Special Operations (OBOS).
Besides the general legal prerequisites, candidates must meet the following specific requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old and not yet reached the 30th birthday;
- Hold a secondary school diploma;
- Have negative results on diagnostic tests for alcohol abuse and for the use (even occasional) of narcotic or psychotropic substances;
- Possess the qualification of Basic Operator for Special Operations (OBOS).
The selection process consists of: a cultural, logical-deductive and professional test; evaluation of psychological, physical and attitudinal suitability; physical fitness tests (with the same parameters for men and women); and security clearances assessment.
