Who we look for
We are seeking a Product Manager with hands-on experience in advertising and media technology, ideally coming from ad tech, retail media or campaign operations. You should understand the full campaign lifecycle — targeting, delivery and reporting — and be able to convert complex media needs into actionable product features. Familiarity with Google, Meta or programmatic ecosystems is highly valued.
What you will do
- Own the backlog and roadmap for the Campaign Management Platform, aligning priorities with business and media objectives.
- Translate business and media requirements into clear product features and detailed specifications.
What you will need
- 2–4+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience with commercial digital products and exposure to advertising, campaign management or media platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset and proven stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in ad tech or retail media.
- Knowledge of Google / Meta / programmatic ecosystems.
- Experience with campaign delivery systems or marketing platforms and integrating external platforms via APIs.
Location and working model
We have an office in Milan, but we offer a flexible hybrid model with full-remote available within Europe. You will be hired in Europe and work directly in Flipp’s organisation. As the role involves collaborating across time zones with Canadian teams, some schedule flexibility is helpful.
Compensation
Salary range: €30.000 - €50.000 per year.
