Descrizione della Posizione Lavorativa
Agicap is a fast-growing scale-up founded in Lyon in 2016: today it serves 8,000+ customers, employs around 650 people and has ramped up revenue rapidly (7x growth between 2021 and 2024). The company has raised €145M from leading VCs and is expanding internationally while building a unified platform that combines Treasury Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for mid-market finance teams.
Cross-border bank payments are technically complex and vary widely by protocol and format (for example EBICS, SWIFT, Editran, banking APIs and formats like ISO 20022, CFONB). Agicap is seeking a Product Manager who is motivated by this complexity: you will define and execute the international payment strategy, understand how money moves across borders, and manage commercial relationships with banks.
Your mission
- Design and deliver payment products and features end-to-end by combining data analysis, user interviews, competitive research and cross-functional input.
- Become Agicap's internal expert on bank payments and payment infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Tech, Design, Sales, Support and Data to transform insights into hypotheses, tests and shipped features that serve our international client base.
- Set quarterly business and product objectives for your squad together with the CEO, CPO and CTO and build the squad roadmap aligned to Agicap's strategy.
- Own feature quality and delivery timelines using an MVP mindset; maintain strong partnership with engineering and design to ship innovative solutions quickly.
- Continuously measure and track the impact of your squad's developments on product and business metrics.

- Understanding of Verification of Payee (VOP) challenges and the ISO 20022 migration (2026-2027 compliance considerations).
- Ability to engage effectively with treasurers/CFOs on the client side and with bank Cash Management teams.
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of local payment specifics (e.g. CBI in Italy, FedNow/Fedwire/ACH in the US, DACH region specifics).
