Overview

I'M IN is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, created for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals aiming for a career in Corporate & Investment Banking. The program offers a structured onboarding with a dedicated selection path, practical on-the-job experience and development activities to speed up your career progress. Participants benefit from cross-functional rotations across different desks, gaining a broad view of the Division's activities in a global context.

What you will do

You will be embedded in the M&A team of IMI Corporate & Investment Banking, assisting professionals in the origination and execution of extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions, mergers and disposals. In a dynamic and international environment you will develop financial analysis and valuation capabilities.

  • Support market analysis and assess client needs
  • Contribute to the design of hedging and financial solutions
  • Support OTC derivatives activities
  • Prepare analytical materials and client presentations
  • Monitor financial markets and macroeconomic developments

Who we are looking for

We welcome candidates who want to transform their interest into a professional path and who meet the following requirements:

  • 0–1 years of experience (experience in CIB or audit is a plus)
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related disciplines
  • Knowledge of capital markets, derivatives and corporate finance
  • Good valuation and financial analysis skills
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities
  • English proficiency (minimum C1)
  • Experience in Markets or Investment Banking and international exposure are a plus

Requisiti

0–1 years of experience (CIB or audit a plus); Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields; knowledge of capital markets, derivatives and corporate finance; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; English C1; experience in Markets or Investment Banking and international exposure are a plus.
