About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to take ownership of the complete recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This position requires excellent communication, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Main responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and draft job descriptions, then post JDs on job portals.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, active search and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate job offers and follow up with candidates to complete the process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals) and ATS.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies; problem-solving and critical thinking; time management.
- Full professional fluency in English — this is a fully English-speaking working environment.
Benefits
Package: gross salary from 28,000 EUR per year, plus meal vouchers and welfare benefits. Location: Asolo, Treviso, Italy.
