An opportunity is available to join Jumeirah Capri Palace as a Bartender for the summer 2026 season. The role involves serving guests and supporting the front-of-house team while ensuring beverage quality and compliance with hotel procedures.
Responsibilities
- Take orders from guests and from waiting staff in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- Prepare cocktails and drinks by mixing liquors, soda, water, sugar, bitters and other ingredients following the Beverage Recipes.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established service standards and ensure guests receive the correct orders.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktails, beverages and wines to advise guests and colleagues when required.
- Handle payments for drinks and process transactions following Jumeirah cashiering procedures.
- Ensure stock levels meet par levels and that all items are stored according to Food Hygiene Standards.
- Perform opening, closing and cleaning duties as specified on the checklists.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date temperature records for all fridge units in the bar while on duty.
Requisiti
Availability for the summer 2026 season; ability to perform duties listed following Jumeirah operating procedures.Competenze richieste
