Your mission: You are the welcoming energy guests remember. As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub you keep service flowing with confidence, pace and genuine warmth, moving between tables, the bar and the kitchen while keeping interactions friendly and efficient.

About The Social Hub: Formerly The Student Hotel, The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality concept combining accommodation, coworking, events, gyms and food & beverage spaces. What you will do

• Welcome guests with energy and make them feel comfortable immediately
• Take orders, serve dishes and recommend menu items confidently
• Anticipate floor needs to keep service running smoothly
• Coordinate clearly with bar and kitchen to ensure every plate and drink arrives correctly
• Manage questions, requests and small issues calmly and courteously
• Keep your station clean, organised and prepared
• Support teammates during busy periods to create a strong team rhythm

What we expect from you

• A natural flair for hospitality and a passion for creating great guest moments
• 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in connecting with diverse guests
• Ability to multitask under pressure without losing composure
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• Pride in a clean, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Requisiti

1–2 years of hospitality experience or strong willingness to learn; fluent in English and Italian; professional appearance; customer-focused and team-oriented attitude.
