Overview

Your mission: be at the heart of every event and meeting, coordinating the crew to ensure every setup, break and service runs smoothly. You will work closely with the M&E Manager, help new colleagues settle in, and keep daily operations efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the front-of-house team during service, setting a positive and energetic tone.
  • Guide and support the crew on the floor, helping resolve minor issues in real time.
  • Support training and onboarding for new team members to help them find their rhythm.
  • Ensure daily operations run smoothly by checking setups, stock levels, cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Remain present on the floor, engage with guests and step in where required.
  • Handle transactions accurately and report any irregularities.
  • Communicate shift targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
  • Confidence leading a team during service and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail to keep service consistent.
  • Genuine hospitality energy and enjoyment of guest-facing duties.
  • Ability to work well with different teams and lead by example.
  • Languages: English and Italian required; additional languages are a plus.

Starting salary: €25,255.14 gross per year.

Requisiti

1–2 years experience in a senior waiter/barista/bartender role; confident team leadership during service; English and Italian required; strong communication and attention to detail.
