About the role: Our client is seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Account Manager to join an established sales team based in Foggia, Apulia (Puglia). The role is key to managing and growing the company's client base across the region, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of assigned client accounts in Foggia and nearby areas through regular contact and on-site visits.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships via ongoing communication and face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and by proactively prospecting new clients.
  • Understand client needs and present company products and services as tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client solutions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track account progress and surface potential issues.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to better serve clients and uncover market opportunities in Apulia.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles is essential, preferably within the Apulia region.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and effectively managing client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Residency in or strong familiarity with Foggia and the Apulia region.

Requisiti

Precedente esperienza in account management o ruoli commerciali (preferibilmente in Puglia); comprovata capacità di generare vendite e gestire relazioni con i clienti; ottime capacità comunicative e di presentazione; capacità di negoziazione e problem solving; autonomia e attitudine al lavoro di squadra; conoscenza Microsoft Office e CRM; laurea in Business/Marketing preferita; residenza o buona conoscenza di Foggia/Regione Puglia.
