Mission

Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will be in charge of maximising revenue, market share and profitability for the assigned hotels, working together with the Revenue Coordinator, General Managers and the business unit teams in marketing, sales and e‑commerce.

Key responsibilities

Strategic pricing

  • Set pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types and customer segments.
  • Define the optimal business mix and channel mix strategy, determine overbooking and protection policies, and set ideal allotments for crew and tour operators.

Planning, budgeting & forecasting

  • Develop a two‑year property revenue strategy and prepare the budget proposal in line with NH guidelines.
  • Prepare and validate forecasts, review RMS output and take corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.

Daily revenue management optimisation

  • Maintain demand calendars, convention and city event databases and set up seasonality/event records.
  • Perform daily pick‑up analysis, review yield system forecasts, conduct competitive and price positioning analysis.
  • Apply pricing and restrictions in accordance with strategy to maximise profit: open/close rates, set rate levels and design/execute short‑term sales and promotion plans.
  • Manage group quotations and conduct displacement analysis related to group business.

Performance, demand & competition analysis

  • Monitor market performance indicators such as RGI and channel performance.
  • Track market developments, demand generators, supply changes and feeder market behaviour to assess their impact.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of main competitors: product, pricing and business mix.
  • Ensure regular data quality checks (correct segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).

Communication

  • Present strategic recommendations to key commercial stakeholders (Regional Revenue Manager, GMs) and secure buy‑in and commitment.
  • Run regular review meetings with stakeholders and actively participate in RM team collaboration and validation meetings.
  • Work closely with the hotel’s Revenue Coordinator to communicate forecast and strategy.

Requirements

  • Degree level – preferably in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Revenue Management role, including at least 1 year as a hotel Revenue Manager and experience in 5‑star hotels.
  • Technical skills: MS Office with intermediate Excel; knowledge of TMS4Hotels or other CRS/PMS systems and hotel Revenue Management Systems.
  • Languages: Fluent spoken and written English plus the language of the country of residence.

Compensation

Gross annual salary starting from €39,000. Final compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills and level of seniority.

Requisiti

Degree in Tourism/Business/Economics or similar. Minimum 3 years in Revenue Management with at least 1 year as a hotel Revenue Manager and experience in 5‑star hotels. Intermediate Excel and knowledge of TMS4Hotels or similar CRS/PMS and Revenue Management Systems. Fluent English and the local language.
