We are seeking an AI Developer who dislikes repeating the same work unnecessarily — not someone who avoids effort, but someone who avoids needless work. If your view of AI goes beyond calling an API and includes designing systems, orchestrating workflows and making solutions robust in real contexts, this role is for you.

The role

You will contribute to systems where AI is one component, not the whole job. Your responsibilities include:

• building AI-powered features and agentic workflows
• integrating AI into real products and business processes
• working on backend logic, data flows and system design
• contributing to AI-Driven Development practices across projects

AI-Driven Development (required)

AI tools are an integral part of the workflow, not an optional bonus. Tools such as Cursor or Claude Code (or equivalents) are expected to be used daily to:

• speed up prototyping
• reduce repetitive tasks
• focus on system design rather than boilerplate

If you prefer writing everything manually, this position will feel inefficient.

Tech stack & what you'll do

The core stack includes: Python 3.12+, serious use of asyncio, strict typing, Pydantic & Pydantic AI, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) to connect LLMs with tools and data.

Your tasks will include:

• developing AI agents and RAG-based systems
• building MCP connectors and servers to integrate models with tools and data
• designing prompts and ensuring outputs are structured and validated
• working on data flows (including streaming and complex JSON) targeting frontend applications

What we're looking for

You don’t need to know everything, but you should:

• be comfortable with asynchronous Python
• have hands-on experience (even in personal projects) with Pydantic / Pydantic AI
• be genuinely curious about AI systems
• understand the difference between ReAct prompting, Tool Calling, and Function Calling
• have English proficiency

The team avoids legacy code, unnecessary processes and overcomplication: focus is on building systems that don’t require constant fixes. Junior profiles are welcome if motivated to learn quickly; mid-level candidates should already have a clear sense of what works and what doesn’t.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Remote. The company provides a MacBook Pro and meal vouchers. Contract type and compensation will depend on experience.

Requisiti
