Our Marketing teams not only raise awareness but also cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with clinicians and industry stakeholders to help ensure patients can access appropriate treatments.

Aortic stenosis remains an under-diagnosed and under-treated condition for many patients globally. Edwards pioneered transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), a transformational option that can replace heart valves without open-heart surgery. Within our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit, we continue to collaborate with cardiologists and clinical teams to improve patient outcomes using devices supported by clinical evidence. This mission drives our work to help patients live longer, healthier lives.

The Senior Product Manager will design and implement hospital programs to effectively promote Edwards products and services to internal sales teams, clinicians and hospital administrators.

Location and travel: The role can be based in Spain, France or Italy, is 100% remote and requires up to 30% travel within Europe.

How you will make an impact

  • Support the evolution and enable execution of comprehensive plans including strategies, tactics and content for main hospital optimization and capacity programs.
  • Implement, test and refine program evolutions and plan future improvements.
  • Enable strong, impactful communication by developing and evolving program content grounded in clinical evidence, best practices and faculty input.
  • Create marketing materials to share program content with hospitals and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with field teams, country marketing teams and program deployment managers to ensure proper use of materials.
  • Train content users to ensure effective delivery.
  • Manage HCP engagement within the program and deploy programs in specific locations.
  • Manage budgets related to program marketing activities.

Minimum requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare marketing, or a Master's degree (or equivalent) with 5 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing within the healthcare industry. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

  • Proven marketing success and project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management with ability to drive objectives.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and hospital programs.
  • Solid clinical knowledge and experience related to hospital challenges.

Requisiti
