We are seeking a motivated SAP Functional Analyst - Finance to support and improve our SAP Finance environment. In this role you will partner closely with both business stakeholders and IT teams to design practical solutions and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements and convert them into SAP functional designs.
• Support configuration and enhancements across SAP Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, etc.).
• Work with IT teams and external partners to deliver and test new functionality.
• Assist integration activities and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Support UAT, regression testing and activities to prepare for go-live.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support to end users.
• Contribute to process optimization efforts and maintain related documentation.

Required background

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO).
• Solid knowledge of core finance processes (AP, AR, GL, O2C).
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or subsequent enhancements.
• Basic understanding of integrations and SAP architecture.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Exposure to S/4HANA.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Interest in automation and process optimization.

Compensation details

This role is open to candidates in multiple countries; the final work location is determined based on the selected candidate. Because compensation varies by location, salary range, variable pay and benefit details will be disclosed to candidates who advance to the second interview. The final offer will depend on role location, experience, skills, qualifications and internal positioning.
