Agile Lab helps enterprises operationalize data and AI by creating sustainable data architectures and automated platforms. The company has a broad Engineering presence in Europe and has built the Witboost platform to support data products.
Role overview
The Data Analyst II will interpret stakeholder needs, implement EDWH/Data Lake data flows, prepare datasets, design data models and support dashboarding to deliver KPIs and insights.
Responsibilities
- Collect and translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementable solutions.
- Design and implement data flows on EDWH or Data Lake systems and integrate required sources.
- Perform data cleaning and preparation to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Implement data quality techniques and monitoring.
- Develop data models and marts tailored to business use cases.
- Work with visualization teams to produce effective dashboards and reporting.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Italian language is required.
- Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in EDWH transformation, modelling and analysis (experience with Azure Synapse or Teradata preferred).
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data modelling; Power BI is considered a plus.
- Good proficiency in Python.
- Knowledge of insurance, telco, banking or utility business processes is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset and strong stakeholder communication skills.
Additional information
Salary (RAL): €36,000 - €48,500.
Work mode: Hybrid (office in Rende). Candidates must be in European time zones (CEST or similar).

Requisiti
