About the role
As F&B Events Supervisor, you will be the on-floor point person for meetings and events, coordinating the team to ensure that every setup, break and service moment is executed precisely. You will assist the Meetings & Events Manager, help onboard and train new colleagues, and keep daily operations running efficiently.

What you will do
- Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, energetic tone.
- Direct and support staff on the floor, helping them resolve small issues in the moment.
- Contribute to training and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure daily operations run smoothly by checking setups, stock levels, cleanliness and safety.
- Remain present on the floor to engage with guests and step in where needed.
- Process transactions accurately and report any irregularities.
- Share shift targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow.
What you’ll have
- Between 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
- Confidence in leading a team during service and a calm approach under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail to keep service consistent.
- Genuine hospitality energy and enjoyment of guest-facing interaction.
- Ability to work well with different teams and lead by example.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Requisiti
1–2 years experience in a senior waiter/barista/bartender role; confident leadership during service; clear communicator; fluent in English and Italian; strong attention to detail and guest-facing attitude.
