Your mission: be the central presence during meetings and events, coordinating the crew so that every setup, break and service moment is executed smoothly. You will work alongside the M&E Manager, support new team members during onboarding and keep daily operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, energetic tone.
- Coach and guide staff on the floor, helping to resolve small issues in the moment.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure smooth daily operations by checking setups, stock levels, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Remain present on the floor to engage with guests and assist where needed.
- Process transactions accurately and report any irregularities.
- Share shift targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow.
What we expect from you
- About 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
- Confidence leading a team during service and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Clear communication skills and an eye for consistent, detail-focused service.
- A genuine hospitality attitude and enjoyment of guest-facing work.
- Ability to work well with different teams and lead by example.
- Languages: English and Italian required; additional languages are a plus.

We aim for compensation that is fair and consistent. Your starting pay is determined by the role, your assessed proficiency and our salary framework; we make our best offer upfront and do not negotiate salaries.
Starting salary: €25,255.14 gross per year
