We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Front Office & Guest Experience Assistant to join our team based in Florence, located close to the city’s main attractions and museums. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for candidates with experience in tourism, hospitality or guest relations.
Role overview
In this position you will be the first point of contact for visitors at key sites such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and the Galleria dell'Accademia, and at other important locations throughout Florence. You will help ensure visitors have a positive experience while supporting ticket sales, promoting souvenirs and extra experiences, and encouraging excellent online reviews.
Main responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally at tour and meeting points.
- Provide information to visitors about tours, attractions and experiences.
- Manage bookings and guest check-ins using Rezdy.
- Promote and upsell souvenirs, tours and additional experiences.
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience from start to finish.
- Encourage satisfied guests to leave positive online reviews.
- Coordinate with guides and operational staff to keep daily activities running smoothly.
- Handle front office and administrative support tasks.
- Maintain a professional, friendly and active presence at all times.
- Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, front office or customer service.
- Good knowledge of Rezdy or similar booking platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in sales and upselling techniques.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Italian is a strong advantage).
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Active, energetic and well organized personality.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced tourism environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in Florence.
Benefits
- Salary: €1,250.00 - €1,897.81 per month.

Requisiti
Previous experience in tourism/hospitality/front office or customer service; good knowledge of Rezdy or similar booking systems; strong communication and people skills; confident in sales and upselling; fluent English (Italian strongly preferred); professional appearance; active, energetic and organized; able to work on-site in Florence in a fast-paced environment.
