  • Organise welcome pack logistics for new hires and manage delivery, collection and replacement of company devices and equipment.

  • Support hardware inventory and asset management and maintain internal tracking files and equipment records.

  • Collaborate with Internal IT and Facility teams and provide general operational and administrative support related to purchasing and office logistics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience, even short, in administrative, purchasing or operational support activities.

  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, proactive and hands-on attitude; confidence in interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and administrative processes and comfort working with tracking files and operational documentation.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a good level of English.

Benefits

  • Flexible working: full remote or hybrid in offices (Milan, Turin, Padua, Bologna, Catania, Rende).

  • Real work–life balance, flexible hours (no time tracking, no badge).

  • Agile Nomads Experience: opportunity to work abroad for 2 weeks.

  • Training budget (€1,000/year) and 12 hours/month dedicated to learning (pro rata for part-time); structured career path and support to attend international conferences.

  • Buddy and coach support during onboarding and regular 1:1s.

  • Well-being support (psychological support sessions via Unobravo) and a range of financial & family benefits (meal vouchers, health insurance, referral bonus, extended parental leave, childcare vouchers).

  • Welcome pack with necessary equipment and access to corporate benefits portal; inclusive company culture with recognized certifications and high employee satisfaction.
