Evoca Group is a global leader in professional coffee and vending machines with over 90 years of experience. Our brand portfolio serves about 10,000 customers across hotels, restaurants, offices and public spaces.
We are seeking a Digital Product Manager to act as a link among markets, internal departments and external technology partners, participating in the definition, development and lifecycle management of digital services embedded in our products.
Key responsibilities
- Digital product & service management: support the definition of strategy for telemetry services, connectivity platforms and cashless payment solutions; manage product lifecycle, maintenance, evolution and new features; support integration of digital services within hardware and software ecosystems.
- Market & customer insight: perform market and competitor analysis on digital services, IoT platforms and payment technologies; translate market needs into functional requirements; collaborate with regional markets to capture customer expectations and new opportunities.
- Business & R&D alignment: act as the primary interface between markets and R&D for digital service requirements; convert business needs into product and system specifications; support definition of digital architectures and integration needs.
- User experience & service design: contribute to UX/UI definition for digital services and apps; support user journey mapping and service design to enhance digital interactions across the product ecosystem.
- Partner & vendor management: serve as first point of contact for external technology partners; collaborate on technical specifications, integration requirements and service capabilities.
Required qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Digital Technologies, Business or related fields.
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management, service management or similar roles.
- Experience with digital platforms, connected products or IoT ecosystems and working with technical teams and external partners.
Preferred (nice to have)
- Experience with IoT architectures, telemetry data management and connected devices in industrial or B2B contexts.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles for connected services.
- Experience in international environments and prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial or food & beverage sectors.

Requisiti
Degree in Engineering, Digital Technologies, Business or related field; fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); 3+ years in digital product/service management or similar; experience with digital platforms, connected products/IoT and collaborating with technical teams and external partners. Preferred: IoT architectures, telemetry data, cybersecurity/privacy, international experience, background in manufacturing/industrial or food & beverage.
