Your mission is to be the energetic core of the bar: craft drinks with consistency and flair, serve engaging hospitality, and step in to support the floor whenever needed.

You will join a passionate, international Food & Beverage team, receive hands‑on training and guidance from the Restaurant Manager and F&B Supervisor, and have clear opportunities to develop within the company.

The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality concept (formerly The Student Hotel) that combines accommodation, coworking, events, gyms and food & drink venues to create social, creative neighbourhood hubs across Europe. What you will do

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages—from classic and signature cocktails to quality non‑alcoholic options—with consistency and attention to presentation.
  • Provide warm, engaging service that makes guests feel welcome and creates memorable moments.
  • Support food service and other front‑of‑house duties when required, contributing to smooth operation of the venue.
  • Be knowledgeable about menus and upcoming events to answer guest questions confidently.
  • Manage guest feedback professionally, aiming to resolve issues and turn experiences into positives.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and compliant bar area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist with event setup and service to help create successful gatherings and experiences.
  • Share skills and mentor colleagues to strengthen the team’s overall beverage offering.

What we expect from you

  • 1–2 years of bartending or hospitality experience preferred, though a strong attitude and passion for the role are highly valued.
  • A genuine passion for drinks, including mixology and non‑alcoholic creations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability with guests; guest‑facing service should be something you enjoy.
  • Good multitasking and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Professional appearance, attention to detail and high service standards.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Department: Bar

We are committed to fair and consistent pay. Starting salaries are determined by role, assessed proficiency and our salary framework; we make a fair offer upfront and do not negotiate wages.

Starting salary: 23.830,90€ gross per year

Requisiti

1–2 years bartending or hospitality experience preferred; fluent in English and Italian; professional appearance; flexible with shifts.
