Overview

We are seeking recent graduates to join the Synergies & Interdivisional Business Development team within the International Banks Division. The Division has a strong presence across Central-Eastern Europe and North Africa, serving 7.4 million customers in 12 countries through 883 branches. During the internship you will help develop strategic initiatives with significant impact, supporting coordination among functions and contributing to the team's objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Group functions to identify strategic initiatives and detect potential synergies to foster the Division's growth.
• Prioritise initiatives according to expected impact and value creation and help structure coherent programmes.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and maintain continuous alignment among all parties involved in priority activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and presentation materials for the Group’s Top Management.
• Oversee planning and execution of meetings and Committees involving IBD Top Management.

Profile and requirements

• Master's degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Advanced MS PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
