About the role

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel (Marriott International), is looking for Food & Beverage Service Experts / Chef de rang to join the team. The position reports to the F&B Outlets Manager and covers all service duties across the hotel's four food & beverage outlets.

  • Full-time: 5 days per week with 2 days off.
  • Estimated start: July.

Situated close to the renowned Teatro alla Scala, Casa Brera expresses Milan’s cultural and artistic character within the Brera neighbourhood. The property features 101 guestrooms and 15 suites, designed by Patricia Urquiola, and includes the rooftop venue Etereo, combining panoramic views, a pool and fine dining. Guests also enjoy breakfast services and classic Milanese aperitivo offerings.

The impact you’ll make

Whether serving breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will ensure guests receive prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. You will be expected to know the menu thoroughly to advise guests, handle orders and quickly resolve any issues so that guests leave satisfied and likely to return.

Key responsibilities

  • Take food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
  • Recommend menu items, manage special requests and upsell where appropriate.
  • Ensure guests receive efficient, authentic service and check guest satisfaction during service.
  • Prepare and set up the outlet for each service period.
  • Order and restock outlet inventory as needed.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelines.
  • Adhere to quality assurance, health, safety and hygiene policies.

What we are looking for

  • Passion for luxury hospitality and guest service.
  • A warm, people-oriented attitude and strong team spirit.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • A safety-first mindset and reliable, positive approach to work.
  • Previous experience in similar F&B roles is an advantage.

Requisiti

Passion for luxury hospitality, people-oriented attitude, intermediate Italian and English, safety-first approach; previous similar experience is an advantage.
