Role and responsibilities

• Product communication: own the communication strategy for one or more products, craft messaging that improves user engagement and business metrics, and work closely with development teams to keep communication coherent across the product lifecycle.
• Content production: produce engaging copy and assets for social, blogs, in-app messages, and email; leverage AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency while keeping users informed and excited.
• Community and reputation: manage online presence and communities to raise trust, understanding, and adoption of our products.
• Market intelligence and measurement: monitor product performance, customer feedback and industry trends; define and track communication KPIs and iterate strategy based on data.

• Competitive compensation: for people with limited experience we typically offer an annual salary of £47,660 in London and €46,027 elsewhere in Europe; for candidates with considerable experience, London ranges between £56,345 and £85,797, and elsewhere in Europe between €54,346 and €82,557. Compensation varies by location and impact and may exceed these ranges for exceptional candidates. Permanent contracts may include the option to receive part of pay as company equity at a discount. If relocating to Italy you may be eligible for a 50% tax cut.

Before you apply

If you applied previously and were not selected, wait at least one year before reapplying. Bending Spoons requires significant commitment: you should expect to spend most days in the Milan office during the first months to onboard quickly; the company will provide generous travel and accommodation support for this period. After onboarding you may work from an office or remotely from approved countries, as agreed at offer stage.
