Role summary: The Sales Consultant will develop and manage a customer portfolio with the goal of meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets. This is not a purely operational role: you will act as a strategic partner contributing to the company’s growth and you will provide qualified, tailored advice to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers within the assigned area of competence.
- Conduct commercial negotiations aimed at closing contracts.
- Reach individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance.
Profile and requirements
- University degree or equivalent background.
- Previous sales experience, preferably including telephone negotiations and ideally in a related sector.
- Excellent diction and communication skills; ability to build lasting relationships of trust.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proactivity, initiative and a strong orientation to achieving goals.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
