The Group manages around 4,200 rooms and employs roughly 2,500 people during peak periods, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and sustainable development of local territories.
Role summary
The Group is seeking a Head of Digital Marketing & Growth to shape and execute its digital vision, owning acquisition, conversion, engagement and loyalty initiatives to boost commercial results and enhance the digital customer journey. This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communication. While the position is based at the HQ in Pescara, it allows remote working according to company policy. The position is permanent and full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement the digital growth strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Manage the guest lifecycle across awareness, acquisition, booking, engagement, retention and loyalty.
- Lead strategy for SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, Email and Affiliate channels.
- Plan and optimise full-funnel media investments and monitor KPIs such as direct revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC and ROI.
- Oversee website, booking engine, UX and CRO to improve conversion and experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (performance, CRM, loyalty, analytics, digital experience) and external partners.
- Drive CRM, segmentation, personalisation and data activation strategies and support campaign development.
- Promote a data-driven, customer-centric culture and lead digital transformation initiatives.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting and reporting for digital activities.
Requirements & qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in digital marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience in digital revenue generation and acquisition strategies.
- Expertise in performance marketing, CRM, marketing automation and analytics.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in hospitality, travel or consumer industries is advantageous.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
Compensation & equal opportunity
The role offers an annual gross salary range of €50,000 – €60,000. Final placement within this range depends on objective evaluation of the candidate’s skills and experience. The Company follows equal opportunity principles and does not use candidates’ salary history.
Requisiti
At least 8 years in leadership within digital marketing; demonstrable success in driving digital revenue and acquisition; expertise in performance marketing, CRM/automation and analytics; team and agency management experience; fluent Italian and English; hospitality experience is a plus.
