Role overview: You will source candidates for open roles worldwide with a focus on Europe, present them to clients for the selection process and match the right candidate to the right role. The position allows fully remote work and flexible hours; the job listing location includes Firenze (FI) + 1 other in Italy, but work can be done from anywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for all open roles worldwide (mainly Europe), using your own channels and networks as baseline.
  • Present and screen candidates for the client selection process.
  • Identify fit quickly and be able to sell the right opportunity to the right candidate.
  • Use your own tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, niche communities, databases, referrals).
  • Participate in weekly coordination and best-practice exchange meetings with the team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a freelance setting.
  • No formal sourcing training required — you already know how to find and engage candidates.
  • Proven ability to source independently using your own tools and channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, niche communities, databases, referrals, etc.).
  • Multilingual: Italian and English required.
  • Willingness to work on a commission-based model per hire.

Requisiti

Minimum 1 year di esperienza in recruitment (preferibilmente freelance); capacità di sourcing indipendente usando propri strumenti (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean, community di nicchia, database, referral); conoscenza italiano e inglese; disponibile a lavorare con modello commissione per ogni assunzione.
