Your mission is to be the energetic, friendly face guests remember. As a waiter/waitress at The Social Hub you will keep service efficient, fast and warmly personal, switching between tables, the bar and the kitchen to ensure everything runs smoothly.

About The Social Hub

The Social Hub is a creative, hybrid-hospitality brand offering much more than a hotel: accommodation, coworking, events, gyms, rooftop bars and social spaces. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Amsterdam, TSH operates across multiple European locations and aims to grow further, providing an international, community-driven environment.

Main responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm so they feel immediately comfortable
• Take orders, serve dishes and recommend menu items with confidence
• Anticipate needs on the floor to keep service flowing smoothly
• Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen to ensure dishes and drinks are delivered correctly
• Handle guest questions, requests and minor issues calmly and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organised and ready station
• Support teammates during busy shifts to create a strong team rhythm

Skills and experience we look for

• A natural inclination for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences
• Typically 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
• Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly under pressure
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
• A tidy, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay

We aim for fair and consistent pay. Starting salary: €23,830.90 gross per year. We determine starting offers using our salary framework and present our best and fairest offer upfront.

Requisiti

1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (or strong enthusiasm to learn); fluency in English and Italian; professional appearance; strong communication and multitasking skills.
