Join our team in Genoa as IT Product Manager – Property Management Systems (PMS), taking end-to-end ownership of a core IT product that supports daily ship operations and directly affects guest experience, operational efficiency and business continuity across the fleet.
You will operate at the crossroads of business, demand and delivery, combining strategic product thinking with rigorous execution in a complex international, mission-critical environment.
Key responsibilities
- End-to-end product ownership: act as the functional owner of the onboard PMS, define a clear product vision, align priorities with the business and ensure consistency across requirements, solutions and releases.
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions: collaborate with demand teams, onboard staff and corporate stakeholders to understand operational processes and convert complex needs into structured, implementable functional specifications.
- Delivery governance & ecosystem coordination: lead initiatives throughout the full delivery lifecycle—from requirement definition to release—coordinating internal IT teams, software factories and external vendors while ensuring quality, timelines and results in a multi-stakeholder context.
What we look for
- Solid experience in IT Product Management or senior IT project management, preferably on complex, mission-critical systems.
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and technology with a strong business analysis / product owner mindset.
- Proven experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams, ensuring accountability and execution excellence.
- Good knowledge of application lifecycle, functional testing and UAT, including hands-on involvement in solution validation.
- Comfort working in international, operationally complex contexts and fluent English.
- Availability to spend time onboard for analysis, validation and operational support activities.
- Experience with PMS, hospitality or onboard systems is a strong plus.

Requisiti
Proven experience in IT Product Management or senior IT Project Management on complex, mission-critical systems; strong business analysis / Product Owner mindset; experience managing vendors and distributed delivery teams; solid knowledge of application lifecycle, functional testing and UAT; fluent English; availability to spend time onboard. Experience with PMS or hospitality/onboard systems is a plus.
